The Detail S1

Brand new crime drama comes to Universal in June with the premiere of The Detail. Shenae Grimes-Beech, Angela Griffin and Wendy Crewson star as Detectives Jack Cooper, Stevie Hall and Fiona Currie, who investigate tough murder cases while also dealing with their complicated personal lives. In the first episode, Cooper is still reeling from shocking news as she throws herself into investigating an apparent suicide with the help of Hall. Then, the team investigate the brutal murder of a young computer programmer.

NCIS: New Orleans S2

Special Agent Dwayne Cassius Pride (Scott Bakula) returns to crack more cases in the Big Easy as season two of NCIS: New Orleans arrives on Universal. The season gets off to an explosive start as Pride and the team pull out all the stops to retrieve a sophisticated missile after it is stolen from a naval convoy by anti-government militia groups. Then, a blogger who obtained secret government information is killed, and all the evidence points towards a SEAL.

Double bills on Wednesdays at 20:00 from June 27th.

Law & Order Criminal Intent S10

The end of an era begins as the tenth and final season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent gets underway. Vincent D’Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe are back as Detectives Goren and Eames for one last eight-episode run, while Julia Ormond also stars as police psychologist Dr Paula Gyson, who must unravel Goren’s tortured past and plot a stable path for his future. Cases for the duo to investigate this month include the death of a young call girl at a fashion house run by a top designer, a cover-up at the heart of the Catholic Church following the suspicious death of a banker, and the murder of a brilliant hacker.

Father of the Bride (Father's Day movies)

What better way to spend Father’s Day weekend than watching Steve Martin in a pair of classic comedies? In Father of the Bride (Saturday 16th at 20:00) George Banks (Martin) is finding it difficult to cope with both the idea that his daughter Annie (Kimberly Williams) is now all grown up, and the preparations for her lavish wedding! Diane Keaton stars as George’s wife, with Martin Short on scene-stealing form as an eccentric wedding planner. Father of the Bride Part II (Sunday 17th at 20:00) sees George’s daughter becoming a mother, pitching him into another crisis.
